Had to replace my entire HVAC system and the entire Epic Mechanical team was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly everything was handled and am very pleased with their work. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend and I will continue to use them for all my HVAC needs!

I had a great experience using epic mechanical to replace my entire HVAC system. The price was very reasonable and the installers were professional. The follow up customer service has been amazing. Very friendly people to deal with!

My husband and I were very impressed with the experience and professionalism that Richard Hayne and his staff had everyday they were at our home. They were extremely polite and clean!!! They removed our old heat pump units and replaced them with the highest quality Amana units! They clean our air and adjust the humidity levels! We are so happy we used Epic Mechanical! They are wonderful people!

I have worked with two James at Epic. I call them James the Electrician and James the A.C man. They Have always done a fantastic job. They are thorough and knowledgeable. Both are very courteous and go the extra mile. We appreciate them.

Nathan and James with Epic came out to check on an issue we had with a lack of air flow. We went ahead and upgraded to a new HVAC unit. They did a fantastic job and had our new heat and air installed in one day for a reasonable price.

James Bailey came out cleaned a pressure switch and got my furnace working in 30 minutes. Also corrected the way I mis-installed my Nest thermostat. Very polite and professional, came a day earlier than scheduled. AAA++++++

The overhead light in my kitchen went out and James was sent out to fix it. James was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and did everything I needed in a very timely and efficient manner. The whole Epic team was very quick to respond to my service call. James was very professional, fixed my issue quickly, and explained in plan terms what the issue was.

Tech guy was able to come earlier than scheduled so when they called in said, yes send him out, he had an issue found and fixed in a matter of minutes, AC works great, thank you for your fast service and knowledgeable employees. They drive over 3 hours to get here and I appreciate it. Thank You.
