Called a service man through my home warranty. The unit was very old and ended up needing replaced. They sent two techs out the next day and they were very polite and professional. They ended up working past 8pm to get the unit installed and running because the temps were supposed to really drop that night (which they indeed did). Then he came back the next day to finish up the final checks and he even brought a piece of drywall to fix the spot they had to cut into the wall. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with this company again.
